Origin’s IonoJet™ Platform has potential application across a broad spectrum of disease states (e.g. wound healing, combatting infection, reducing pain and inflammation). The technology’s ability to penetrate the dermis and induce prolonged biological activity, demonstrated in animal models using a precursor of the present plasma NO device, makes it relevant to a large number of poorly-met medical needs (47).

Each of our planned indications has been selected on the basis either of prior clinical evidence or of the a priori clinical relevance of subdermal NO to the known pathophysiology of the disorder.

The active IonoJet™ Pipeline consists of four Development Programs, detailed below.
