INFORMATION WE COLLECT
There are different types of information we may collect through our Site, some of which may identify you personally (“personally identifiable information”) and some of which is non-identifying or aggregated information. Listed below are various types of information we collect.

Certain sections of our Site, such as our “Contact Us” form or “Clinical Trial” form (“Site Forms”), may permit you to voluntarily submit your personally identifiable information which can include, but not be limited to, your first and last name, email address, physical address, telephone numbers, company name, or job title. Also, if you post any other content to the Site (e.g., comments) or send any messages to us through the Site, we collect the content of those posts and messages.
Your Usage Information. We may also gather information about you automatically through our Site. Our Site uses Google Analytics which automatically collects information about your usage of our Site, including but not limited to, what pages you viewed on our Site, frequency and timing of clicks you make on webpages, frequency of your visits to our Site, dates and times of your visits to our Site, the amount of time you spend on each page of our Site, and your Internet protocol address (“IP address”). HOW WE USE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We use the information we collect about you:
To present our Site and its contents (“Site Content”) to you.
To respond to your inquiries. We may contact you in response to any questions or comments you submit through our Site. For example, if you submit information through any of our Site Forms indicating you would like to be an investigator for a clinical trial or participate in a clinical trial as a patient, we may use the information you submit to contact you.
To provide you with answers or services that you request from us.
To notify you about your participation in a clinical trial, changes to our Site or any products or services we offer or provide through our Site. Toward these ends, we may also at times send you certain transaction based e-mails that you will not have the option to opt-out from, such as an email confirming your participation in a clinical trial or e-mails advising you of changes made to our Site.
To evaluate and improve users’ experiences on our Site and develop new products and services.
To comply with any legal, regulatory, or reporting obligations.
To monitor, maintain, protect, fix, or troubleshoot our Site.

HOW WE MAY SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
We do not and will not rent, lease, or sell information about you to third parties for any direct marketing purposes without your consent. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
Third-party service providers. At times, we may need to employ or contract with third-party companies or individuals who provide us with important services or support in connection with our Site or business such as clinical research organizations (“CROs”). We may therefore need to share your information with them so that they can perform their services for us properly. Compliance With Law or Prevent Harm. We may share your information if we believe that it is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation, or legal or regulatory request, to protect the safety, rights, or property of the public, a person, us, or our Site, or to detect or prevent fraud, security or technical issues.
Sale, Transfer, or Reorganization of Business. COOKIES AND OTHER TECHNOLOGIES
What Are Cookies? Cookies are a technology where our Site installs a small text file on your device or computer, or can be sent from your device or computer to us. Cookies are sometime session-based, which means they last only while your browser is open and are then automatically deleted when you close your browser, or can be persistent cookies, which last until you or your browser delete them or they expire.
You Consent To Our Usage of Cookies. By visiting or using our Site in any way, including submitting information through it, you consent to our use of first party and third-party cookies and other similar technologies.
Deleting or Flushing Cookies; Enabling “Do Not Track.” Web browsers on mobile devices and other computing devices are generally set to automatically accept cookies. CHOICES YOU HAVE FOR YOUR INFORMATION AND OPT-OUT POLICY
We or our affiliates or service providers may have to keep copies of any information you submit for compliance or archival purposes. However, you will be able to:
Unsubscribe or Opt-Out of certain email communications by clicking an “unsubscribe” link provided in the emails. There may be certain emails you will not be able to opt-out from such as service-based emails or transaction-based emails (e.g., technical notices, security notices, etc.).
Modify, Update, Amend, or Delete your information by contacting us.
Even if you request modification or deletion of your personal information or any other content or information you provided through our Site, we may still need to maintain or store such information for backup, archival, or audit purposes, or to comply with other legal obligations. If we are not required to maintain or store your information, we will process your requests to delete your information or your opt-out requests within 3 working days from receiving the request.
STORAGE AND PROCESSING OF YOUR INFORMATION
Security. We implement commercially reasonable efforts to make sure that information collected through our Site is kept secure, such as, for example, using secured servers and “two factor authentication” for the analytics information we collect using Google Analytics. Regardless of our efforts, however, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure at all times. We cannot therefore guarantee that all information on or provided through our Site will be secure at all times or not capable of being accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.
Storage and Processing. Your information may be stored or processed in the United States or in other countries in which we, our affiliates, or service providers maintain facilities. We undertake commercially reasonable efforts to have such third parties confirm to us that they will also use commercially reasonable efforts to secure access to your information. Notwithstanding that, we cannot guarantee that they will not fail at keeping your information stored securely at all times.
Transfer of Your Information. We may sometimes have to transfer your personal information across borders, including from the United States or your country of residence to other countries. If you are located in a country other than the United States, such as a country in Europe, that has data laws different from those of the United States, you should be aware that we may have to transfer your personal information to a country that does not have the same data protection laws as your home country.
Your Responsibilities Regarding Your Information and Security. It is critical for you to protect your personal information as well against unauthorized use or access. If you do not wish to have any of your information disclosed or used, you should not submit such information through our Site Forms. If you do submit any information through our Site Forms, you represent and warrant that such information will be accurate and complete. You are also responsible for controlling access to any emails or other communications between you and us at all times.
Our Site is not intended for use by children, especially those under thirteen (13) years of age. No one under eighteen (18) years of age is allowed to use our Site, provide any personal information or receive our email distributions or other communications. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from anyone under eighteen (18) years of age. If we learn that we have collected any personal information from someone under those ages, we will delete that information as quickly as we possibly can.
